Windows has updated the vulnerable driver blocklist and has added ce's driver to it.

To be able to load the driver you can do the following:

Open regedit

Navigate to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CI\Config\

Create a new DWORD named VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable and set to 0

Reboot

In case this doesn't work, try disabling the blocklist in the "Core Isolation" panel in windows settings. And check out This link as well.
